CalcNova respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of any content submission features (such as the notepad or AI assistant, if shared publicly in the future) to do the same. This page explains how to report a claim of copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA notice

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on the site
• Your contact information (address, phone number, and email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to restrict access for users found to be repeat infringers, where applicable.
